Using Your Time Social Distancing for Anal Training

      You can stretch just about as big as you could possibly want, certainly enough to fit two or three fists. You have to work up slowly and train gradually, but you can do it. If it hurts, stop. If it bleeds, stop.

      Don’t worry about staying tight, embrace going slack and loose and being able to fit more and more instead of staying tight. Your muscles will still work fine but you want to stretch to increase your upper limits.
