There are multiple ways of going about it.

You could just gradually increase the frequency that you do anal until you’re pretty much doing it all the time already and then after a while say “hey, we’re already doing anal all the time, do you want to try just staying anal only?”

Or you could tell her up front that you love doing anal with her and prefer it to vaginal and that you’d like to go anal only together. Suggest trying it for a month or two to start and see how she reacts.
