I used to have the same problem, but now I can come and come and come all the time while being fucked anally. Now I often come from the first thrust, I just love that feeling of being penetrated. Everyone’s different in this regard, but many women actually have an easier time with multiple orgasms and less of a refractory period and loss of arousal after an anal orgasm compared to clitoral orgasms. That’s not universally true, however, and some just totally shut down all arousal even after an anal orgasm.
