For the most part, especially if you have a pretty balanced diet, unless you are doing it right before you need to go to the bathroom, you won’t. The rectum stays pretty empty most of the time. So, start by going to the bathroom. If you want to clean further than that, get a small enema bulb/douche and squirt a little bit of warm water into your rectum, hold it a moment, and release into a toilet, repeated several times until the water consistently comes out clean, and you should be pretty good to go. It does not take much water, and you do not want to overdo it and go deeper than the rectum generally for most anal play/sex.
