Message: Should I Do Ass To Mouth?

Tess03: Hey, I’ve been anal only for a while now and it’s been amazing but my boyfriend wants me to try ass to mouth and I’m not sure if I’m ready for that or even want to try it. Is it safe and what should I know?

Hey, glad to hear you’ve been enjoying anal only! Ass to mouth, or ATM, can be super fun and enjoyable and a lot of women truly enjoy making it a part of their regular sexual routine. Yes, it may seem daunting at first, but with proper communication, consent, and sanitation, it’s a safe and enjoyable practice to incorporate into your anal only lifestyle.

First off, let’s talk about the physical side of things. It’s always important to properly clean yourself and any toys or partners before and after any anal play to minimize the risk of bacterial transmission. However, the risk is much lower with your own body’s bacteria than with someone else’s anyway.

As for the emotional side of things — the trust and intimacy involved in ass to mouth play can enhance the overall pleasure and connection in a sexual encounter. It’s all about pushing boundaries and discovering new heights of ecstasy.

But, as always, it’s important to remember that everyone’s boundaries and comfort levels are different. If you’re not feeling it, don’t feel pressured to try it. If you’re curious and want to give it a shot, go for it!

Message: Concerns About Waxing from an AO Woman

Anonymous: Hi! Idk how many years I’ve been AO, but it’s been a long time. I always prioritize my personal hygiene, including waxing which is a better alternative for me since it’s more effective. I never used my front part, thus not shaving or waxing my front part since i don’t bother using it, Idk if I’m the only girl who feel this way, ofc I always practice waxing for my own leisure, not for anybody else.

Some anal only women choose to remove hair from their vulva even though they don’t use it, because they prefer how it looks or feels. Others choose to wax or shave everything else but keep their vulva hairy as a symbol of its lack of use. Both can be excellent options, depending on your personal preferences. What’s really important is not using your vagina and being anal only.

Article: How To Have Anal Sex Safely And *Still* Prioritize Pleasure

Even though anal sex—or at least, talking about anal sex—has become significantly less taboo in the past decade, it still remains the big elephant in the bedroom, despite the world becoming a lot more comfortable with the derrière.

Butts have taken on an entirely new status (thanks, social media!)…and the good news is society has become more sex-positive overall (yay!). Still, actually having anal sex remains ~controversial~ among women, no matter how often it’s discussed.

“Unfortunately, there is still a tendency to stigmatize acts that might be considered ‘non-traditional’ for some people, due to lack of information,” explains Alexis Clarke, PhD, a licensed psychologist who specializes in sex and relationships.

Thing is, anal sex can oftentimes become the preferred method for women who don’t have vaginas, for those for whom vaginal penetration is especially painful, and for women who simply experience more pleasure that way, Clarke says.

If You Haven’t Tried Ass To Mouth, Here’s Why You Should

Even among the more experienced anal lovers and anal only enthusiasts there are those who are hesitant to try performing oral sex after anal sex. As such, there are many who miss out on the joys and benefits of doing ass to mouth!

Common concerns include fears that it is unhygienic and unsafe, or that it’s unpleasant and will taste bad. However, so long as you take basic precautions to have clean anal sex and only perform it on partners who have penetrated yourself, there are few health or safety concerns. Similarly, most people who do it find that it actually tastes really nice when clean and genuinely enjoy doing it.

Ass to Mouth is Sexy and Fun!

For many people, the appeal of ass to mouth is that it really turns them and their partner on. Part of that can be due to its perception as something that not as many people do, while another aspect is the general appeal of sexual openness and open-mindedness, where someone willing to put their partner’s penis in their mouth after it’s been in their anus becomes more attractive and appealing as a result.

A lot of women who start doing it say that it makes them feel sexier and turn them on, so it’s not just about pleasing your partner—it can be lots of fun for you too!

It Can Taste Great Too!

The taste and flavor, despite what one might expect, is actually very good if you’re clean. It can have an earthy and sweet taste to it, and women who do it regularly find themselves getting addicted to it, not just to the sexy and slutty act, but to the flavor itself.

It Boosts Intimacy Further

Anal and going anal only already relies heavily on trust and results in significant increases of sexual intimacy as a result, and ass to mouth just takes that a step further, with a very open expression of acceptance of one’s own body and of each other as you share even further by adding oral after anal into the mix.

Reddit: Anal Only for Medical Reasons

My wife (41) has developed a chronic UTI. If she stays on a 20 day round of Cipro, it will go away, but as soon as we have sex, it comes back. And the Cipro makes her feel sluggish and bad.

Has anyone in this group chosen to do an anal only lifestyle because of this reason or another medical issue that made vaginal sex difficult/impossible?

Article: Sex That You Will Never Have, Under Any Condition

I have enjoyed receiving anal sex. Not regularly, but as something on the menu, yes. My lover of the last 12 months, and this just came up, has told me that he has never had anal sex and never will. Like ever. At all. Given how often I have done this (I’m 29), it’s not that big of a thing, but he has been very clear, and I don’t think “never” means “only a few times a year.” I asked why, and he said “fecal matter.” So, trying to be can-do about this all, I suggested we get a toy he could use on me, and he rejected this too. I offered to make sure there was no fecal matter. He still said no. I think there will be no budge here. I don’t think I like this, but it seems like a stupid thing to end a relationship over. — Name withheld by request

Dear Anal Avenger: Is it? One thing he should get credit for: honesty. He didn’t shilly-shally or equivocate in any way. Consequently, there is no, nor should there be, assumption of any give. Any questions after that might be answered, but that’s a maybe and not a must.

Like Sam-I-Am and his dislike of green eggs and ham, dunning him for an entire lifetime to stick something, anything, in your rear end is an unseemly chore. And, unlike the book, he may still be unlikely to yield in the end. Now, I imagine if your relationship is perfect in every other way, this might seem to be a stupid trade; however, people with relationships that are perfect in every other way rarely write to me.

So while you haven’t asked me a specific question, I will give you a specific answer: A good/great sex life seems to be all about a willingness to engage and embrace your partner in their totality, and this is not that. If you were going to try to cajole him, you might tell him that at least you weren’t suggesting sticking something up his butt, but I don’t even suggest doing this. Instead, I think you do like The Floaters once sang and just “float … float on.” Life’s too short to spend it not getting the sex you want.

Message: My No Pussy November Goals

Ann: I will be doing No Pussy November with my husband, and our goal is to not have vaginal sex or for me to have any clit stimulation. We want to use this month to try it and see if we can make it work full time, and if we can, we plan to stay anal only.

We both prefer anal but have continued doing vaginal at times when anal has been harder to do or required more work and we were lazy and we want to stop accepting that as an excuse.

Glad to hear that you’re taking part! I hope that you have a great time with it and are able to establish an anal only routine that keeps you from feeling the need to return to vaginal sex.

Frequent plug wear, a good diet/hygiene routine, and having anal sex regularly can very much minimize most needs for preparation, and makes anal only a lot more feasible.

Message: Infection Scare

Anonymous: I have an uncircumcised penis of length 5.6″ and will it be ok for anal sex ? will analingus, anal penetration, cunnilingus and felatio go one after the other during sex and which lubricant is best for anal sex?

Circumcised and uncircumcised penises are both fine for anal sex, and you just need to wash after sex and urinate.

The order of sexual activities is largely up to you and your partner and what you both want, though you shouldn’t have vaginal sex after anal sex without cleaning first.

As for lubricants, we have a Guide to Anal Lubricants that you can read through.
