Month: February 2021

Get Ready for Anal Only April 2021!

Craving something new? Why not go anal only for a whole month? Challenge yourself to Anal Only April.

Have you been curious about going anal only but haven’t had the push to actually try it for yourself? Well, now is the perfect opportunity. Anal Only April is one of several challenge months where we encourage people interested in the anal only lifestyle to make a month-long commitment and try out pure anal for themselves.

The rules of Anal Only April are simple: starting April 1st, whether on your own or with your significant other, stop all vaginal penetration for sex and masturbation, and replace it with anal instead.

Clitoral stimulation is optional. If you would like to go for a more advanced form of anal only, try doing it without touching your clit and only orgasming through anal. If you need your clit in order to enjoy anal, combine it with anal, but only rub your clit while also masturbating anally.

Oral sex is still allowed and encouraged, especially blowjobs and rimming. Cunnilingus is optional—some choose to exclude it, others still include it but don’t engage in any vaginal penetration as part of it.

Try your best to stick with anal only for the whole month—it’s a long enough period of time that while you might struggle a little bit with it at first, whether adjusting to the frequency of anal sex, or dealing with lingering cravings for vaginal sex or clitoral stimulation, by the end of a month most people figure out what being anal only is really like, and a majority of people who enjoyed their month trial either choose to stay anal only and not go back to vaginal, or return to it again later after a break.

If you’re already anal only, don’t worry—you can still enjoy Anal Only April yourself. Challenge yourself to have anal sex every day of the month, or to start wearing a butt plug or masturbate anally every day, or to experiment with clitoral denial and anal only orgasms if you aren’t already, or to start doing ass to mouth regularly, or to train your ass with bigger toys to be able to do anal fisting or double anal. The possibilities are endless for exploring new things as part of the anal only lifestyle. If you already enjoy double anal, consider trying making April a double anal only month—whether with two partners every time, or with a partner and a dildo, or two dildos.

Over the next week, get your plans in order, get your partner (if any) on board, and if you haven’t had anal sex yet or for a while, start working on training so that by the time Anal Only April begins, you’re ready to dive in!

If you decide to take part, let us know! Share your plans, ask any questions, and keep us updated as you start exploring the anal only lifestyle!

Message: Is It Necessary to Stop Clit Stimulation?

Anonymous: I’ve been only having anal sex for several years and I love it. I have really wanted to stop rubbing my clit too, but I struggle with that a lot more than stopping vaginal penetration. It was easy to stop doing vaginal, anal feels a lot better. But I always still give in to rubbing my clit sometimes, especially on my own. When I’m having sex it’s easy. But if I’m just masturbating, it’s hard to resist. Do you have any advice, and how important do you think it is for anal only girls to not touch their clit?

Congratulations on being anal only for several years now!

Clit stimulation and whether it continue it as part of being anal only is very much a matter of personal preference. Many people in the anal only lifestyle have no problem with continuing clit stimulation and just replace vaginal penetration with anal. Some avoid it during sex but do it when masturbating. And others avoid it entirely, finding that it makes it harder to commit to the anal-centric mindset and lifestyle or makes it harder for them to orgasm from anal.

If you’re happy with how you are, then enjoy it and don’t worry about what other people do. Anal only is fundamentally about anal penetration instead of vaginal penetration, and things like excluding clit stimulation as well are additional choices on top of that which can pair well with it for some. But if you really want to pursue clit denial, especially if you feel like you lose arousal or feel depressed after clit orgasms, there are some things that you can do.

  • Work on orgasming from anal penetration instead. If you can already do this, try doing it more often to make it easier so your body gets more used to anal orgasms instead of clit orgasms.
  • Challenge yourself to gradually go longer and longer without clit stimulation. A few days at first, then a week, then a few weeks, then a month, etc. If you give in to the urges, just pick back up and try to beat your previous record. The longer you go without it, the easier it will get in time, and the more your arousal will become anal centric.
  • Use tape on your pussy or a small amount of numbing cream to temporarily remove sensation from your clit when masturbating. If you want a long-term solution, consider a clit shield.

Forum: How I Became Anal Only

Hello, I kind of stumbled across this website and I’m not exactly great at introductions, but here it goes. I’m 24 and I’ve been living an anal only lifestyle for about 3 years now.

About 5 years ago I started to explore my sexuality a bit more and joined a few dating / messaging websites and apps. I don’t know if there’s a good word for it, but seeing other people being attracted to me has always been a turn on. My first penetration sex was anal only (out of fear of becoming pregnant), and since then I’ve always enjoyed plugs. After of while of talking to new people I slowly started to realize that was how I got the most excitement out of chats. I started wearing my plug during the day, just during normal day to day business and it just kind of blossomed into my love for it. I don’t really know when it happened, I guess it was a slow build up, but eventually I found all I wanted to discuss with people was anal, with a mixture of oral and feet / hands. Knowing that the other person is satisfied and I’m always ready for the next time just gives me an excitement. I didn’t know there were other likeminded people, usually my interactions end when someone just won’t accept it or tell me I just don’t know what I want. I’ve actually been feeling weird about it, but seeing this place tells me I’m not alone.

Message: My Anal Only Experience

Anonymous: I just discovered your blog and wanted to share my anal experience because I think its objectively pretty hot and you seem like folks who would enjoy it. My boyfriend is 12 years older than me and only likes anal and never lets me touch my pussy during sex. And while I really like anal I can’t come from it alone, but I get really turned on by being submissive to him so I just sort of learned to focus on his pleasure, and now there’s nothing I like more than the feeling of him tensing up and cumming inside of me and knowing that I satisfied him.

Granted we don’t have anal everyday because it’s a bit too much work so on the days we can’t I go down on him whenever he wants. But on the days we do have anal he’s usually really rough and wild and does a bunch of fun kinky stuff like spit on me, or slap my butt and my pussy, or call me mean naughty names.

As much as I like our sex life I’m always on the prowl for new kinky things we could do, and was wondering if you have any suggestions for novel kinky stuff we could try.

A couple things come to mind based on what you’ve shared.

  • You mention that you can’t orgasm from anal alone, and that you don’t touch your pussy during sex. Do you touch it when you’re on your own and masturbating? While everyone is different, something that has worked for a lot of women to start experiencing anal orgasms without clit stimulation is to also transition to anal only when orgasming, so that their body can adjust fully to anal stimulation only and learn to orgasm that way. Clit orgasms tend to be a lot easier but less satisfying and because they happen more quickly, they can prevent getting to the point where you orgasm from anal.
  • What part of having anal every day is too much work for you, is it the cleaning or the warming up/stretching part of the preparation process? If it’s cleaning, you might try a higher fiber diet or taking fiber supplements as a way to naturally stay cleaner and require less manual cleaning. If it’s warming up and stretching, have you tried wearing a butt plug for at least a few hours a day if not longer (sleeping with one in can work well)? This can really help with staying warmed up for anal sex and making it more spontaneous, and also boosts your anal arousal and sensitivity. As you get used to wearing a plug longer term, you can try experimenting with 24/7 plugging.

Beyond that, there are all sorts of fun things you could try. Tape on your pussy to cover it up and prevent access to it, numbing cream to prevent feeling anything in your clit temporarily, stretching with bigger plugs or toys, double anal play, ass to mouth, rimming, and more!

Porn Producers Misunderstanding the Anal Only Market

A disappointing problem with pornography for a long time is the misunderstanding producers have with the widespread desire for anal content to focus purely on anal rather than being diluted with vaginal penetration. So many studios market with titles like “All Anal”, “Total Anal”, and more, and yet still put vaginal sex within their content.

More recently, the studios associated with Mike Adriano—Nympho, TrueAnal, Swallowed, and AllAnal—added another website into their mix: Anal Only. That name says it all, right? The models all wear “ANAL ONLY” shirts while having sex, and they talk about how they’re going to only have anal sex.

And yet, they’re including vaginal sex in their scenes. Not all of them, some of them actually are anal only, but others randomly mix vaginal in for no reason. This is ridiculous, and a complete disrespect for the name. Customers seeing that will sign up, expecting a pure anal experience and be turned off and disappointed once again, seeing it’s just another lie from producers who don’t understand the very real demand for 100% anal and oral only content with zero vaginal and how much of a turn off it is for people to be faced with more boring, unappealing vaginal sex included yet again.

Forum: Anal Only February

Over the past couple of years partner and I have gravitated more and more towards anal. We are very fortunate in that she can come multiple times from penetration alone with zero other stimulus.

This past Jan when we were fooling around and she was ultra horny I made the challenge of anal penetration only for month of Feb. She immediately agreed!. It has only been just over a week but having a time of our lives thus far. The challenge is I will still do all activities with her pussy other than penetration for 1 month. All penetration is anal only

Bonus points is she claims her anal orgasms are multiple times better than vaginal orgasms.

At the end of the month see where we are but my guess is she will indulge these challenges frequently.

Article: Can You Get Pregnant From Anal Sex?

Strictly speaking, it is not possible to get pregnant from anal sex. However, if semen enters the vagina at any point, pregnancy can occur.

The chance of becoming pregnant from anal sex alone is small, but there is still a possibility — especially if people are engaging in other sexual activities.

Pregnancy occurs when a live sperm, contained within semen, connects with a mature egg in the uterus or fallopian tube.

The American Sexual Health Organization define anal sex as when a male puts their penis in another person’s anus. In theory, this should keep all semen and sperm away from the vulva and vagina.

However, if semen leaks out of the anus or spills into the vagina, there is the potential for pregnancy.

Message: Learning Double Anal

Anonymous: I’ve been excited to read about people’s experiences with double anal sex. I like watching it in porn and it’s been one of my fantasies recently that I would like to try for real. Do you have any advice on how to start doing it myself?

In general, you can follow the same principles of anal sex and anal training to go larger until you are able to fit two toys or two penises, but there are a number of tricks and nuances that can help with the process, and I’m working on writing a full chapter on double anal sex for the Guide to Anal Sex and the Anal Only Lifestyle section of this website. Keep an eye there for more information as well as a few more chapters on other topics to come soon!

Reddit: Anal Only for Medical Reasons

My wife (41) has developed a chronic UTI. If she stays on a 20 day round of Cipro, it will go away, but as soon as we have sex, it comes back. And the Cipro makes her feel sluggish and bad.

Has anyone in this group chosen to do an anal only lifestyle because of this reason or another medical issue that made vaginal sex difficult/impossible?
