Even though we are on the AO road for a while, we are reaching new milestones. Last week my wife went to the doctor to remove her IUP and quit hormonal birth control. So until now we had the possibility to skip the AO lifestyle and go back to ordinary sex. This possibility is now gone and we passed the point of no return. But it wasn’t that hard to make the decision, to be honest.
